The Eucharist is the heart of our Catholic faith—the true presence of Jesus Christ given to us as spiritual food for our journey. At Sts. Simon & Jude and Blessed Sacrament, we gather as a community at the Lord’s Table to be nourished, strengthened, and sent forth to live as disciples.
