Lectors proclaim the Word of God during the celebration of Mass, helping the parish community to hear and reflect on Sacred Scripture. At Sts. Simon & Jude, lectors serve by sharing their voices, faith, and reverence for God’s Word, making it come alive for all who listen.

Parishioners who feel called to this ministry are provided with training and support. Serving as a lector is a meaningful way to grow in faith and contribute to the life of the parish.
